The Johnson's Mobile Rentals LLC (JMR) team is able to provide our customers with a variety of different portable storage units here in the Humboldt area. Whether you are looking for temporary fencing , or storage containers we can help you get the units that you need for the job that you have.
Temporary Fencing
Standard Construction
These are the traditional, chain link, temporary fence panels commonly used at construction sites and special events. Some of our customers have used them to temporarily contain livestock should they need to re-fence a particular area. Whatever your needs, this fencing option won’t fail you.
These panels are 6 feet tall and 12 feet in length. Due to the nature of the product, they are charged by the foot.
Privacy Screen
This green mesh paneling is often used in construction sites but can also be placed over a chain link fence to add privacy to any special event. The privacy screen is anchored with steel grommets to create a seamless temporary fencing option. They are cut to size for each event and according to its purpose. As such, they are rented by the foot.
Whether working hard or hardly working, these screens will give you and your company plenty of privacy.
Pedestrian Barricade
This recent addition to our product line is recommended for special events like concerts, fairs, etc. Like the name says, these pedestrian barricades are primarily used to prevent pedestrians from entering any blocked off space you may have.
Each section stands 4 feet tall and is 7 feet in length. Made of lightweight metals, they’re more durable and easier to move.
Storage Containers
These are traditional shipping containers used for storage at construction or other job sites. We have two sizes available with both dimensions listed below; both offering plenty of space to store gear and other materials. Double doors are located at one end of the container to make sure you have easy access. All containers are sealed, water tight, and lockable.
You may either rent or purchase these units, but we do not offer rent to own.
While we cannot transport full or partially full containers, we will transport empty ones to anywhere in our service area.

Johnson’s Mobile Rentals can customize your container to fit your needs. Each order uses a basic shipping container, renovated to suit your needs. The possibilities are endless, and we will help you construct your ideal container. Some common customizations are listed below:

Portable Office Containers
These office containers offer the perfect place for any construction company to do business right on the job site. At 8 feet wide and 20 feet long there is plenty of room to have a computer, filing cabinets, or anything else you may need while on site.
They won’t lack that proper office feel either. They come with a finished interior and window mounted heat and air conditioning. There are also security bars on the windows to ensure maximum protection for any important materials you keep inside. While exact door and window placements may vary, you’ll always get a good deal with these office containers.

Concrete Washout
There is no reason to work with a subpar washout, especially during a long day of working with concrete.
Our washout containers are watertight, portable, and EPA approved. They can hold up to 10 tons of washout or 1,300 gallons of waste. One washout container is recommended for every 400-450 yards of poured concrete.

Frac Tanks
These tanks might seem small but they can hold their own on the job. Besides, their size will save space on tight sites.
These tanks can hold up to 10,000 gallons with a smooth, bare steel interior and an easy to clean design. There are no corrugations or internal rods to get in your way. An epoxy coating lines the inside of each tank.
Our Frac tanks have three (3) standard, 22 inch, side-hinged man-ways plus many more features. There are multiple four inch, valved, fill and drain ports, including some floor level valves for a low-point drain out. They come with a 4 inch vent with one pound of pressure and a four ounce vacuum pressure relief valve. There are two (2) top connection ports for vapor recovery. Additionally, they are roll-off truck compatible for your convenience.
To ensure your safety, they have non-slip step materials on the ladder wells and cat walks as well as “safety yellow” on all rails and catwalks to increase visibility.
